I want to increase drop rate of Oscillating Beacon and Spare Propeller from Niagara Falls.

Should I use Spyglass, Dice or Golden Dice.

Or 2 of the 3?

OB & SP are non-collectible items, so Dice is the answer. Or item drops from Nice and Shanghai.

Dice. But even with it, drop rates will be atrocious. You’re better off asking neighbours/alliances for help.

If you’re trying to actively collect an item that’s traceable then get it from your neighbors. I can easily get 10-15 of an item every day because i trade with a number of other players.

Let’s assume there’s a 1 in 10 chance at getting an OB or SP. A 100% bonus means you’ll get (over time) 2 every 10 flights. Not worth it in my opinion unless you like burning fuel.
