Where is the mail Kiosk building you were referring to? I don't see it...

You get it by getting 5 collections from the post offices and special flights.

You get Golden Postage Stamp when completing "Express Delivery" collection by clicking on the lost mail around your city.
In order to collect lost mail in your city, you need the "stationery knife". These are earned by clicking on lost mail in neighbour cities.

Hey Mouse! The mail kiosk is the reward for completing the You've Got Mail collection five times.

the only Item I cant seem to get is the scooter to finish the you got mail collection, so far no luck getting the stamp for the mail planes

Absolutely nothing as far as I can see. It gives 6 coins every 5 minutes which is good if you play over a long time, but rubbish otherwise.

Good for completing the daily mission fast!!

Wonder if there is any other way to get the knife - other than visiting nbrs and pay the greenies!! 8 knifes after visiting 12 nbrs!!

luckily you dont need many of them to do that part of the quest !

Fortunately, the drops within your own city of scattered mail is pretty good. Makes up for the less-than-stellar drops at friends' cities.

Well, I had to use ca 75 knives to get the 5 collections (with 3 bonuses activated)

I'm just sticking with getting some of the stars and the post offices. Otherwise I don't really care about the final reward.

Last 2 days I've got 7 and 8 knives from visiting all 12 neighbors, one visit with SG one without

It's a good job I only need one item to complete, even with 5 days left the appalling drop rate on knives is going to make this easy quest a bit challenging. Even for a relatively easy quest it's like they are forcing us to use greens to buy drop items.
