Heavy Cheating on Windows PC platform

Hi everyone!
I've been playing this great game almost a year greatly enjoying it! But several months ago I noticed more and more "powerful" players who took top places in many cities, gaining over 100 flights an hour sometimes without breaking a sweat. I started long and inefficient dialog with Tech Support: 8 long threads for 3 months. And their final answer was: We are constantly checking the game ratings for cheating and block all the unfair players immediately. There is also an automated anti-cheat system working. The accounts of the users in question were carefully checked, and no cheating was detected there.
I'd like to present for your attention collected stats of the last 3 weekly races.
I counted flights, passengers and evaluated amount of fuel those "fair players" had to spend and then amount of real bucks to buy it. I took very low margin to do so, dismissing passengers expense, so money should be 1.5-2 times more.
Some players (like famous Anderl) should be spending over $10000 a week.
I understand that Windows platform is the most vulnerable for hacking but Tech Supp's position in this matter is really upsetting. I cannot believe that so many people throw their money into the game like mad. For what? That's not an online casino "with blackjack and...you know what".
So they must be cheaters in my opinion. Please, check my proof in online table and tell yours.

-They're obviously in denial. Additionally, there seems to be an increasing market for cheating and the individual you referenced has been leading 80% of all flights for months. Impossible.

I've got bad new for you: the number of cheaters is growing. I can't comprehend why you ignore this problem so persistently. I've upgraded my xls file so it could count flights, passengers and fuel spent by cheaters and approximate amount of Airport cash it costed them. And finally the very least amount of real dollars they WOULD have to spend to buy AP cash fairly. You know what? Your fine company missed almost $40000 last week and most probably more. The harm goes further as cheaters provoke other player as I can see from the weekly stats to cheat as well. You lose more possible donations here. And finally they force players who don't wish to cheat to quit the game. Like me. That the second indirect harm they do.
You see, I've spent almost a year on this Windows version of the game and a bunch of real money and it's too late for me to switch to Android where there is no such heavy cheating (as far as I know) and start over. That's why I'm trying so hard to get thing right here before I just spit and quit. Please, check my xls file with previous week's stats. 16 "heavy" cheaters exposed. Why is that so hard to ban the cheaters? Is it okay for them to plunder the game and your company's budget?

I see that standard reply every time I try to bring up the heavy cheating problem: 21 Aug, 25 Aug, 1 Sep, then (wow!) 12 Oct you said "tech guys are working to solve" (another standard reply?), 21 Oct, 29 Oct. So it's actually the 7th check if somebody checks cheaters at all. Oh, and I remember before that 27 Jul and 1 Aug Katherine Novak assured me those guys are fair players which is simply impossible. Now I took my time to collect solid proof in the files I sent you before, but something tells me that they are going to be dumped as usual.

Certain players have over 10 times more resources than others. Being fair they have to pay thousands real bucks a week which is unrealistic. I don't know why you cover these cheaters, but your attitude is really upsetting.

I like your fair play minding Bob but I would be very sad if you stop to play because we need the kind of player you are ! You are an example of the best fair play players.
Ps : I suggest to you to keep your game on, just for your own evolution in the game and to continue to help the other players because you are a impotant player who can help the other..But I will respect you and your decision .

I notice the famous (or is it infamous An... player who shall not be named, is now showing as gone away, or perhaps GI have finally taken action? we will see if he comes back.

I see him "away" among my neighbors too. But it really doesn't matter whether this monster is active or not. There were enough other cheaters to spoil your day of racing in the previous week: yuzu, CENBEY AIRLINES, HMYH, kuku and others.
I'll check this week's "heroes" when it's over.

The week #46 is over and here's cheaters "hall of fame" in my online table.
They seem to go on relax play overall - less of them, less flights, but they're still here.
The great and terrible Anderl is back with 1/5 of his usual strength but still #1 among cheaters.
With little luck a fair player had a good chance to take 2 or 3 place on unpopular routes. While I'm stuck with a bunch of Jets the chance is still slim. Heavier planes might bring some gold.

How can this "Anderl" person accumulate the following within 30 minutes? Please see attacked file. I am upset because I have been working hard all week flying to London (and Rome for supplies of course). I am very sad...

PC version of the game is full of cheaters, check the link to my table in the post above. And Anderl is the most famous and powerful of all.
Unfortunately GI doesn't care about them so nothing can be done. If you want to "mine" gold tokens pick unpopular routes with heavier planes. Jet airlines are the most crowded with cheaters. See that hajo guy on the 2nd line? He's also a "time traveler" as cheater are usually called on this forum.

Thank you for your support, info, and jargon. I have settled down already. My mom and dad tell me real life is full of "time travelers" and that this is another good lesson for me to learn from. I compete in sports and if you cheat or break even a minor rule, you get disqualified. I wish it was the same in computer gaming. Thanks again and Happy Flying!
