Daily reset

my game always resets itself every day with new daily mission and ability to visit neighbours to collect gifts. My game did not reset today and I cannot collect gifts or send any gifts. I have no daily mission. Has this happened to anyone else. What can I do to fix.

It happened to my support game too, I logged a ticket with G! and it was corrected after a day; that is, I lost and couldn't send gifts for one day.

Have you logged out of the game & back on? That usually fixes it for me.

if you are online when the rest occurs this can happen, happens to me

just let your neighbours know you cannot gift that day
we understand
