Daily Mission Bug

If you are in the middle of completing your daily mission and then level up your game, all of your progress is gone and you will have new tasks to complete. I've had 2 games do that to me today. One of which now requires 14 gifts be given out - after I've already sent out all 20 gifts for the day. The other one gave me 2 hours to speed up 30 planes as well as other tasks with no hope of completing.

I've contacted Gi and got the usual "we are aware and will keep your ticket open as our developers come up with a solution."

on the screen (IOS is this way), cog/settings button, tools button, and tech support. Give them as much information as you can, such as the old and new mission and how far you got and why you can't complete it.

I now take screen shots of the mission at the start of the day.

If it's your first one then write. If the second or more then don't bother! GI support at it again. I had my daily mission changed again for the 3rd time due to a level change. Luckily this new one didn't include neighbours and I was able to complete it also it was early in the morning so time to complete the new one.
Wrote to support again and have just been told that the compensation you receive on the first' loss' is all you will receive.

So over the life of this version of the game and their normal 5 week update cycle I'll probably loose 10-14 boxes.

The compensation the issue was sent you earlier. Additional compensation in this case is not provided.

The update where the issue will be fixed is currently under development as we work non-stop to improve application performance and encourage your interest in the game process. Striving to satisfy your expectations our specialists are preparing new version but the exact date of the release is not available yet.

Anyway I can assure you that it is on the way to being announced. Please, stay tuned for more news coming!

Yes I would assumed that when they gave us 3 chests, that was in response to their knowledge this problem is going to persist and there will be more times that our daily quest resets before they are able to patch the error. Now knowing why it resets, I think it should not be too hard to plan to complete the daily quest without leveling up and resetting the quest.
I'm pretty happy they gave us 3 chests and are now obviously aware of the issue. Also seems to only be Android/IOS, so should be fixed in the next update.

Does anyone know if the daily missions will stay when this quest finishes
I hope it stays, adds some daily excitement.

I've just held off on the daily reward if I'm close to a level or I finish it before opening all my collections. I leveled tonight after finishing and it looks like I can finish a second one now before the next event
Yes, but we shouldn't have to plan your day round when you think you might upgrade a level.
