I got 15 greenies too. However, there still is a crashing problem with visiting neighbours. I'll post updates if I encounter any other problems.

If that is true then that's shocking- we have to put up with crap programing and even worse customer support. Many of us got so fed up with customer support that we don't use them anymore - just wait for fix's

Try to close and open the game visit madlen and then maybe it will show the 15 greenies.

I've just update my iOS game, the game loads and no freezes or shutdowns .
First neighbour visit was no go...., the game freezes, so I exit the game.
When I re-entered the game, voila .. 15 greenies pop up!! @Husam was right.

Cross my fingers neighbours visits will work after this.
