Did you try to open a ticket with GI? Did you also try to delete the cache? These two things usually help.
I ticketed many times. At first they offered me 10 greenies, which I lost when I deleted my app. After that, they said they are aware of this issue and working on it. Same answer over the 5 months.

I dont think they are working on it. I truely believe they hate me and blocked my video option!!
