20 Fuel

i have been sent 20 fuel by a couple of neighbours recently. But cannot reciprocate

Why is that?

When you started AC the gifting you could do was decided. Most of the gifts you have are in pairs. When you send a gift sometimes you have the same gift appear that you can send back, sometimes it's different. F20 is linked with Passengers 10. You must have P10, not F20. Short of restarting your game till you get F20, there is nothing you can do about it.

Thanks, it’s a shame they cannot set the same gifts for everyone as P10 is basically a useless gift compared to the excellent F20

That would make the game very boring. P10 might seem useless but they soon add up on't he warehouse. Can be useful for filling little holes as F3

P10 is basically a useless gift compared to the excellent F20

Right now I'm in need of this useless gift, I need 22000 of them passengers + my city's 18000

It has its uses in my opinion. I don’t think I’ve had any neighbors complain that I can’t send F20
