What does the spirit of adventure bonus is doing?

Is it extend the map active duration (good) or extends the flight duration (bad).
I can't understand it in the wiki.

We know, it’s a bad description, but it’s exactly what GI has on the game.
it extends the map. So it’s good.
I think it applies to all currently active maps,meaning the maps must be activated prior to its use. But i‘m not 100% sure

I use it when i am doing alliance maps.
Active the map you want then active the bonus you will get the triple time for maps duration its awesome bonus
