Windows After the update to 6.1.5

This my note after updating please any one put your notes in a post, thanks.
1- The game still slow and freez.
2- It take long time to connect to the server and load the alliance mission.
3- I see the waiting neighbors but i cannot accept or delete.
4- The visitors show up after sometimes and sometimes not showing.
5- I have to close the game 2 to 3 times then it will connect to server and work normal.
6- I need to visit madlen sometimes if i want to click on a gift i received or accept neighbor request.
7- When i delete names in the waiting its not work and stay there for long time.
8- No crash with my game.
9- Launches work fine but after landing still there is a problem specially when i want to click to get my chest.
10- daily after the time reset the game work perfect with me every thing fast i think is the best time for me to send and received the reason because the time reset in my country in other country is night time so thats why no heavy load to Gi server that time.
So the update it fix some bugs but not all and there is some problem with Gi server.
Please guys who have any information later posted here so we can follow up.

just explained exactly how i am experiencing the game since the fix
number 8 is ok though

Same to me even with a slight different device, but it got updated yesterday. Interestingly it happenes not the whole time, but only in the evening in european time (server of gi is maybe in russia or somewhere near). So it looks like an owerflow of people at the same time.

Mine is only slow in the morning and early afternoon PST. About 1500 it starts working fine again.

I have a slightly different set of problems
1) Game speed is ok and only minor freezes from time to time.
2) I don't do alliances.
3) This is not a problem for me.
4) As far as I can see visitors are showing in my game.
5) 5,6,7 I agree that these actions can take a while but I do not need to close the game to renew the connection to the server.

9) I can join launches, land launches and collect the launch chests. However the

icon is frequently unresponsive to clicks, taking up to 30 seconds to open the Launch Preparation window.
10) General gameplay is fine.
11) I visited the usual 12 Neighbours.The first took 30 seconds to load, the next 8 were as normal, then another 30 second wait, before finishing as normal.
12) 'Taking' gifts can be really slow with the strong possibility of 'sending in return' by mistake.

All my problems seem to be caused by interactions with GI servers. Hopefully this will be fixed shortly.

As @Harcourt no. 9 clicking to join a launch is infernal. Android worse than windows. Then when if lands she clicking problem on android. Windows ok. Last 2 launches chest gone to warehouse so dont see what I get.

Also accepting gifts time lag up to 10 secs.

15 hours for me take to change my game name from HMYH lant.ici to HMYH F20.Eplug
When i did i thought its work then i check from my other accounts its not change then come back to main account change and wait for the server make test wait wait then change the name then check from other account its keep showing the old then come back to main account check its not change ..... repeat again all the day finally work i hope this time will be fixed.

1 hour i am opening the game to send my planes but cannot because the alliance mission closed so there is not city to send all this because of the server.

Now - if Free2Play comes back from hols and reads this - you need to give us all a "Special Bonus" when you fix it, for making us put up with all the frustrations caused by your last update over the Xmas and New Year Holiday. When you offer your weekend bonus of 3 greenies and a couple of coins, I suggest you throw in a QL Bonus for us all too. Only saying guys - you owe us a special bonus, that's all.

Free QL but i dont think so that any one get QL free any way 20 greenies is good too.
about 10 days windows player loosing many things in the game we deserve the 20 greenies.

This morning this crappy server issue allowed me to complete all tasks, (sending and receiving gifts, visiting and even launches) in ANF1-3, although 3 was when it started getting sluggish.
When i got to ANF4 everything was froze up. I couldn't even send gifts out.

OH and GI still has yet to respond about my initial ticket regarding the 15 greenies and apology, as I'm still sending crash reports, but no updates from them.
I think they are hiding heads in a snowbank now, took the phones off the hook, closed the blinds and turned the sign around to WE ARE CLOSED.

I also experience this downtime server thing and it annoys me to no end. However I've noticed that it always happens at the same time frame every day. So try to find a comfortable time frame for you when the server is ok and do all your visiting and gifting.

For my case, I'm in GMT+7 time zone, morning is the best (USA evening or night time), afternoon is a bit slower but acceptable, and night time is slow as hell worth Husam's head banging. I was used to do the giftings and visitings before I slept, but now I'm forced to do them all in the morning. It resulted in me just sending whatever gifts just for the sake of returning gifts, because well in the morning we're preparing for the day unlike night time.

Yes exactly every day same time some players it is good time for them and other is bad time and as @KenDuckySmith say in his post he have many accounts i am the same we cannot send, received, visit in the last account.

@KenDuckySmith forget about the 15 greenies its not fair at all we cannot do launches we cannot follow alliance i think we deserve 30 greenies for the 11 days or more before the update and after the update.
