Hooray !! I have finished the Event. I will hold off pressing complete so I can continue to send Aerosols to the needy souls out there !

But Please Please Please do not send me anymore event items

I have just turned 700,000 coins on my way to the 800,000 level 6 Runway.

Hi @VivkeGiven that the sidebar rewards are small, I leave it up to you to decide if it is worth the effort.

The side quest gives your first Halloween Shop to get you started working on the Seal collection. That's pretty damn important IMHO.
Plus, you can exploit it into nearly endless source of Lanterns and Aerosols.

I think it all depends on your approach. I have completed all 3 items in the Dark Skies event and can press complete when I want. But I still have the sidebar quest for 10 Leyden Jars (I have 6). I am not going to bother with this. I do recall needing them earlier in the event for some reason.

You're right, this step of the quest is the last one and completing it yields only few gold and xp. But I am talking about the entire quest, and it did required 2 jars and 5 jars earlier on.
On the other hand, I was wrong too - the quest for witch costume is another storyline, not dependent on this one. This one is only good got getting more Lanterns and Aerosols : )

It's still sad they wasted entire item on something that meaningless!

All my 20 gift items have just been sent today, Tuesday 1st March. My plunder raised just 10,400 coins and 11 launch ready blue chests. Thanks for all of the gifts received yesterday. I have a red launch currently open for red flyers, plently of time to join.

My state of event: Ghost planes all landed; 1 Halloween shop and 1 Cemetery; still 25 aerosols to go.

Really need crucibles(4) and a tunnel freezer(1). Have someone committed to sending the glazing machines. Need to get the sweets factory up and running as soon as I can.

The fourth catering seems to be ahead of my planes so I'm good on catering for now. If you don't have crucibles or a tunnel freezer PLEASE send fuel hoses and props. Thanks to everyone I'm good on beacons for now.

Already send you Spare prop for today you want for how many days?

Congrats on finishing the event. I;m still in the hole a bit after being down for the week end.
Ahh the level 6 runway. I have waited so long for energy saving lights (which are now one of my least favorite things)
for my town hall upgrade. The wait has been so long that I had more than needed and upgraded my
control tower and bought a new hangar. Still had enough to upgrade town hall, keep saving then once I had
2.5 million coins said well may as well buy the level 6 runway. So still have an extra few hundred thousand coins,
upgraded control tower, new hangar, level 6 runway and still lack 6 or 7 energy saving lamps.
I may end up buying the stupid things.

So I finally got around to getting the items needed to upgrade my Reserve hanger to level 2 (I'm slow yet efficient, what can I say?).

Does anyone know if you upgrade the hanger with a plane in it, will the plane be there once the upgrade is finished, or do I lose the plane?

My previous post was incorrect !! I have just finished the event. But a new sidebar appeared requiring me to get 10 Leyden Jars from neighbours !!
Given that the sidebar rewards are small, I leave it up to you to decide if it is worth the effort.

It removes 10 Leyden Jars from your inventory and reward is just 60 gold 50 xp.
