The first bar on the left under the star indicates your current population / population limit, and the bar to the right of that one says your current electric usage / electric limit. If that's what you mean.

@Vivke - Sorry to hear you're still having problems and couldn't finish the event. I hope they send you a reset code soon. Won't be deleting you, I've been watching for your updates.

I´m playing this game a few months in a windows phone and saddly just discovered (in level 35)
some features like the more you fly to a city more stars you gain,etc..
And also this fantastic forum that help us a lot with gifts and launch...
well, better soon than late...

@Laosge - I have a Windows Phone game too, but don't play it regularly. I don't like the small screen. I'm still learning this myself. Forum members have helped a ton. There is also a very active launch community thread for Windows PC you should check out too. I'll be getting into the launching sometime soon I think.

As for your English, not to worry. There are people on here from Germany, The Netherlands, Russia, The UK, The US, all over. It's all good.
