You fly for 3 stars or you had to ...coz you were looking for completing the 6 set?

how are you doing? I had troubles with one item on each destinations - mars (nagoya), ygdrassil (alexandria), mercury (miami), cygnus (PR) and cultivation unit (Sacramento)

Approximately for all destination for all collection i needed around 110 - 120 flights (except Puerto Rico). But also some flights were done without golden dice. With golden dice - I would say around 90-100 should be enough for each destinations.

Did you noticed that for Glasgow, Vienna etc the item drop is now changed from seldom to very seldom....or may be I'm wrong.

Drop rate for those maps (received for 1st place in launch) are very seldom, for adventure maps are seldom.

I was missing some items but used flying without golden dice and burning fuel with every extra map i had in warehouse - 4 jet planes - last one, speed up and lift for 12 hours, then when all 4 landed map alows one more liftoff for all 4 (total of 12-15 flights per map). But got only few drops during that.

I activated 4 maps all together and with just one jet I flown to alternate locations then speed up then next....Experience was good. With Casino working backside I must say that Golden Dice is dirt cheap.

Golden dice is great when flying fast (also excellent when visiting neighbors - last time I got 34 launch boxes from visiting neighbors in one round). I have 178 greenies left (keeping for emergency). But saving tokens for Mint (200 gold and 2000 silver). Invested a lot in expansions (after expansion 80 costs are doubled - 20 with 50% discount). But now I have lot of space at the both airport and city side.

Every week I'm buying maps for coins only - Then I fly randomly and sometimes destination map drops. Just patience. By my calculation I'll need 3-4 maps for each Ancient Rome destination to gather all items for 6 Colosseum. Plus I'll need around 6-8000 fuel per round x 15 rounds I'm planning.
My suggestion is that you try mesoamerica maps - 6 pyramids are achievable and you don't need so many fuel. Drop rate is approx every 6th flight with golden dice. You need 36 items from each map for 6 pyramids. Same is for every other "higher" level building from adventure maps.

Anytime, I need around 4-6 weeks to gather 8000 fuel. Passengers are not the problem, especially if you have family ticket (I buy mystery bonus every time from duke).

Red Launch was good for me to fill fuel and tokens quickly but with no/less fuel I'm bound to do Blue..unfortunately.

I was on blue for some time, collecting maps and items for space monuments. Need 2 items to get 6th. Then I'm moving to red or green for 6 of each building (alien legacy or rocket garden).
