Pretty sure it's 5 random easter eggs or food items. Most likely will take more than one set. I would buy only if you're really close. How close? And how much time left for the event?

I personally need still 3 fish and 3 nuts so it's not really close given it's less than 48h left.
I got one nut yesterday from visiting friends and the day before I got one fish from friends.
Seems like they don't drop from my own markets but at this drop rate I'll fail either way.

It looks there are certain items, that are available from neighbors only. I "took a risk" and instead of clicking on neighbors planetariums, i focused on Markets only. So i got all necessary items in 3 days! Of course, i am android and iOS user, but this might be a trick for other platforms too.

Works not so good for Windows phone, cause I've been chasing markets for eight days with only one food item.
GI seems to forget some features for our platform. For example villas and alien monument had given zero items for eight months now...
Hopeless quest, this Easter thing.
And,
After I heard what happened to jukkapekka when he purchased some stuff, I will rather quit than pay GI .

The biggest problem is the horrific overall drop rate on Windows Phone.
And also some people have a problem with getting any drops from markets. I was one of them. I didn't had a single drop in 8+ days and over 1.000+ tries. Nothing from both my own and from neighbor markets.
Only after I did a soft reset to fix another issue I suddenly started getting drops. But still at a very bad rate.
Right now after over 2.000 tries I stand at 4, 8, 1, 1, 9 Easter items dropped. And those two 1 drop items are from neighbors.

Hopefully the next quest will be better.

Drop rate is very low me, too (5,7,2,3,6).

I haven't gotten any item drops for days, even though I have visited my neighbours daily and collected from my own markets as often as possible. My total is 0, 3, 0, 0, 1 at the moment, so it looks like I probably won't complete this quest in time... I hope the drop rates are better in the next challenges, because this is honestly quite ridiculous.
