ItsRalphy - I am sorry that we cannot connect completely either. When you were able to re-add me on your side your name dropped off of my neighborhood list on my end. So, you were able to join my last launch because you could see me on your side but, when it comes to gifts, I cannot send them to you or return gifts that you send I'm afraid because you are no longer in my neighborhood

Hi - I haven't have a kernel error, so can't help on that, but I have twice lost my game completely and gone back to the beginning. Each time, emailing GI support has worked and they have resolved within around 3 days - recommend that. Good luck.
