Why is the Flight School in with the Powerplants?

Even though the category is named Industries, I would think the Flight School would belong in Commercial Buildings. This is not so much a bug but something that is counter-intuitive to me.

It is listed under that tab as it is a building required for flights.
All buildings that produce or are needed for flights are listed there.
It also does not produce coins as all commercial buildings do.
It is an odd way to categorize but does make a bit of sense as
it is a needed building like most industry are.
Great explanation.
Another odd way to explain it would be that it's a building that gives us the 'power' to fly to those other destinations

Flight School would belong in Commercial Buildings.
"Commerce" are ones that produce coins.
"Residential" are ones that produce passengers.
"Airport" are ones that belong strictly to the airport side and can't be placed on the city side.
"Industries" are pretty much everything else.

IMHO Flight School fits great with power plants, because like power plants it just sits there doing nothing except giving a passive bonus. On the other hand, Catering Facilities and Laundry work 2-fold: for one they produce items, but they also give a passive bonus: they enable flights, just like Flight School . (No mater how much Blankets you have, you can't send any Giants without passive presence of a Laundry.)
