iOS Warehouse gifts

On people's signature profile they have requested items needed to lvl up on buildings. These don't appear on my gift items tab but I do have plenty of duplicates of them in my warehouse that I've got from flights. Can I somehow gift these because it doesn't give me an option.

No, you can't gift items in your storage. You can only gift items from your gift item tab.
Some say you get a rotation in your gift tab, giving you the option to send other items than the ones you see today. I am howeverut I am not sure about how often this rotation occurs, once a year or with major updates maybe? Would be nice if someone can confirm this.
