Support Accounts

Hi All,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm a fairly new player and have been reading through the forum and keep hearing people talking about support accounts. I haven't yet been able to find a thread on it, so I'd be grateful if someone could enlighten me and explain what these are and how they work?

Here the right place to discuss about it.
About support account it is new game account from another device, players use it to send a gifts to their main account or help to do launch.
I have support accounts to help me to do launches or send to my main account gifts.

Thanks! I moved my game over to my iPad yesterday, which transferred all the data and neighbours, but I now have a new friend code. I thought I might be able to add my old iPhone friend code as a neighbour to use as a support account, but it won't let me. Do you need to delete and set it up again from scratch?

You will need to delete your old game and redownload yes.
Be sure to de-link it from your iPad game via Game Center, otherwise you could encounter issues and get blocked for violating rules.
