Today i could use some jackets
Just activated another spyglass along with 7 other bonusses...hope it will work so i can finish the quest.
Yesterday spend a whole day with my game and it was not very succesfull, hope i'll make it today. Still need 3 things from the tomb and 1 item from flights to Gizeh etc.

I give up.. my phone is going crazy, lost the progress of a whole day...
Activated a spyglass yesterday, got a valuable item for my vaults.. activated another one this morning and all of a sudden my game switched off, started back up, and my collection I made yesterday is gone..My game switched back to the early start of airport city, and could not get my game back, I had to use a backup I had from a couple of days ago
I give up.. hours and hours of playing, days and days of spending time on this stupid game.. I GIVE UP

Sorry to hear that. Hope you will be able to play. It is phone or a game?
If it is a game, you can open a ticket and ask for restore, from GI servers.

I am also waiting for my game to be restored.

Everything I gained yesterday, is lost. I can never get back what I had, so now I have too many items that are still missing, while
yesterday I only needed one more..so won't be playing anymore

If you will open a ticket, GI will restore your game. And your efforts will be rewarded, you can claim that in "normal circumstances" you would be able to get the reward, and you will get it either. Just open a ticket!

Btw: my game is back, all works fine. Now i have new gamename: Gt city 5

Did you used 3rd Party apps like Helium or Titanium to restore? Or through GI Support?

I restored it with my backup on Helium.. I always make a backup of my phone every couple of days.. My game opened on the first page every time, so the complete beginning of the game, don't know why, so I only had one solution, use my backup, thus loosing all my profits from at least yesterday

It was no use using GI support, since the events ends in a couple of hours and I wanted to finish this...

Anyway, if you're using 3rd part backup programs, soon or later it can happen, that something will not work as it should.

As I wrote you, open a ticket. No matter that quest will finished in couple of hours....

I was very happy to have that backup !!!
My game would have been gone otherwise, because it started from the very beginning, over and over again !

True. But those backups works only if your device is rooted, otherwise you cannot have have real "full backup". I have had problem with Helium, only Titanium works fine. But even that i am not using anymore, it seems GI backup is still the best!

@suzy , Using 3rd Party apps to backup or restore your game is never suggested, you are doing this at your own risk, I have tried it and my game was restored that of weeks before, always use GI Support to restore your game.

So you mean I'll always have to get a ticket then if something happens and never backup my game?

You only need to open a ticket to GI Support and send them necessary information, they will restore your game to latest backup on their server's.

Filing a ticket is not as difficult as completing Age of Ash event
You can get your game restore within very short time.

Only open a ticket: https://www.game-insight.com/en/support/form and explain you technical problems.
It takes less then 3 days for me, now the game work back as a charm. Of course, it is up to you, what you will decide.
