General sales on bonuses?

Sorry if this has been answered before, but I couldn't find it.

Are there ever any sales on bonuses similar to the land expansion or 3x coins/greens?

Or do I have only the option of buying things like Dice or Spyglass in the store at usual prices?
(Other than flying to get collection items for them.)

you can buy some things regularly on monday and thursday from the sky merchant duke crooker. and also some times you will get other sales or bonus for some things
