Red Fuel can? Tourist Terminal Building?

Hi,

I have an extra fuel can which is red. How does this work? How do I fill it?

i bought Terminal H and it has 10 tourists ( max) unless I upgrade it. I tried to re it to release space and I can’t. Any solutions?

It’s at the top of your game screen. Fill it up by the Fuel H terminal. See wiki.
