iOS Problem with my airport city

I have a problem with my game. Most of the times, after visiting my neighbors my game shuts down. Then when I reload it shows that I haven't visited my neighbors and I have to visit again. Also, if it shuts down and I have received gifts, then I loose them and they don't reload again. The same goes with the launch items. If it shuts down I loose what I have in my warehouse and I have to open them again.
Do you anything to suggest?

If it's an old iPad (iPad 2 or iPad mini 1) then the problem is well known and there are many threads about it.
The only thing you can do is to upgrade to a device with more ram, like iPad Air2, iPad mini 4 or iPhone 6s.

Well I will get used to it!
To expensive to buy a new one... And Santa is not coming very soon
