People are still able to visit but since the update we are not receiving the bonus for them visiting not sure if this is a glitch or if its been removed

GI has fixed the problem... I have neighbour visit icons popping up again as of this morning.

This morning I have a lot of visitors, but during this day nobody has visit my AC? I think this is still a bug.
But: I've got 2 times more gifts from several neighbours. Just after they have send me something, it repeats the next time

I also have this problem it's been more than 2 days not showing visits at least I hope my neighbors can see my visits

Sigo teniendo el mismo problema con mis vecinos y comenzó el mismo día que la misión de La amenaza fantasma.
Puedes enviar todos los mensajes que quiera. Yo intentare ver lo que me hace falta. Mas arriba puedes ver lo que yo puedo enviarte.

I have logged an issue with GI. Has anybody else besides Dulcesakura?

I think I had this problem since the Phantom update, then got fixed for a day and the problem is there again. No visit bonuses up to today. GI owes us a lot.

Just think of all those passengers, fuel and coins that we are not getting!

The first three days after the latest space update received no neighbors visits, I play two games and have visited each one from the other and no avatar appeared showing any bonus. The next day I had one pop up, then nothing from anyone the next three days on one of my games, but had several on my other game one day but nothing since. It appears to be a glitch since some avatars have showed up, not sure if that feature has been removed from the game. I have emailed GI support but have heard nothing back from them yet.

I don't recall getting any bonuses since the update.

GI support has acknowledged there was an issue with neighbor's bonuses and will be working to have it fixed when the next update is available.

Has anyone heard of an update on this? I still am not getting bonuses from visits. Did they just stop doing that? I've tried emailing their support, but that web page is messed up.
