New event - Valentines day?

It's Monday, the previous event finished, the VD haven't started yet. Question to veterans: Can event start on weekday other than Monday? Because it's bothering me, do we have full week to recuperate or should I gather resources for VD event that may start any day now?

Last couple of events started on Monday.
If I remember correctly, before they were starting on Friday or Thursday? So the logic is - there is no logic
But it would be great to know - just to plan activities...
