I think the upgrade items can’t be gifted. You need to click on your neighbor’s building (you can see where you can get those items). Or via daily ad videos.

When I click the neighbors building it just shows faded items that say seldom, very seldom, etc.... nothing ever comes from looking at the buildings... =/

I only have 1 legit invited neighbor so far... maybe im just being impatient and one of these times ill click a building and something will fall in my lap?

I did all the fuel H upgrades with video watching. Drops from neighbors building are atrocious
