That happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I reported the problem and they waited until after it had reset correctly twice to decide they could not fix it without a screen shot showing the problem..

Thanks, neighbors for all the gifts. Please check my signature for my current needs before sending gifts or send something I will always find useful such as Flight Catering or one of the duty free items listed below. Which flight items I am low on changes frequently and I try to keep my signature up to date.
