Signature updated including another username RMac2. How did I end up with another user name you ask? I was prompted to complete a survey for Airport City and when I tried to do that I received a message stating I can't complete a survey unless the game has been installed (I have been playing Airport City HD for over a year!!!) So, I added the game and ended up with two Airport City games on my device. What must of happened in that I added "Airport City" (without the HD) which must be a different game.

Unfortunately, yes, there is a maximum of 5 outbound requests per day... Also, be sure to tag or otherwise let forum members know that you've added them. (A lot of us only accept people we can communicate with in some way as it makes it easier to trade gifts.)
