Android missing trade with Duke Croocker

Since several weeks Duke Croocker lands on my game, but the pop-up screen stays empty. So I cannot buy anything. From GI I only get standard mails that I have to update. But it is impossible to update on my device.
Does anybody who did not update have the same problem?

Nope, works fine for me, in my both games

It's a long shot but did you try move the building (airdock) to other spot. This game has a history of specific spot related bugs.

@Kesh. No I did not. But Duke will land and only the pop-up screen is empty (see image). GI only wrote to update, several times, with standard notes, without a solution. So, I cannot buy cards ect. and the game stayed on the same level.
Looking at the low response I think this is not a general problem.

Like many Tech companies you will have support just if your software is updated. Probably they would like to know if you update the problem will be fixed

My game is not updated (because of unsupported Intel CPU) and I also see empty screen.

With the new update my device was not supported. I googled "airport city apk" and downloaded it off a 3rd party site. You have to set your tablet security settings to allow updates from unknown sources. I installed the apk and everything is working fine.

@drivefast99 Thanks! That worked for me as well. I successfully installed version 4.7.12 on my ASUS ZenPhone 2.

The Asus tablets come with a great backup and restore app installed on them. I would bet it's on your phone as well. You should check it out and back up your game regularly.
