General Max city size

Hi guys

I'm planning a small expansion and I'm wondering what the maximum city size is.
Maybe it has changed after the updates?

Mine's currently 14 plots wide and 5 long.

And what about the airport size? Same? Different?

The max. size currently is 16x9 plots on each size.
