Did you use all 176 land expansions ? Most of them you need to buy with greenies.

I only know of 3 options to obtain greens:

1. Buy them.
2. Weekend Gift code.
3. Buy a mint, casino, or bank when they are offered.

GI will usually post it on their facebook page and on twitter. Someone is always kind enough to post it here. It is usually posted sometime on Friday and is good through some time on Monday. Enter the code like you are requesting a friend.

The code usually gives 2000 coins and 3 greenies.

Land cost 20 greenies but there is usually a sale at half price every few weeks. Don't buy land for 20 - wait until it's 10!

Also, do all your roads connect? Is your city laid out like a drivable city? If so, there is a lot of wasted space with roads that could be used for buildings.
