I too am getting Facebook fuel instead of plasma from my good neighbours @ Gt city, @ James 1111 & @ Hutweide 1. I will send out plasma when my game refreshes..apologies if it turns into fuel.
Come on GI..sort it out!!!

As above I have dispatched plasma clots today to neighbours.

The Geiger counters are easy to pick up from tapping on neighbours debris.
I got a drop every time when using these on my debris, mostly plasma

I can't agree 100%. Either not true, not consistent or not all directions...or fixed today. Uncle Mans (iPad) was able to send an Air Magnet-whatever to Uncle Mans Phone (I know, surprise, an iPhone) and Uncle Mans 3 (iPad) was able to send Plasma to Uncle Mans Phone.
