I haven't heard of the time traveler issues for months! No problem for me, reset is just 1 hour later.

It was fine here in the US a couple of weeks ago.

In my opinion this bug is solved.
I have travelled several times through five times zones without switch off this game to test.
Road404 support checked these travels and all works OK.
No problems.

Clocks going forward or backwards unless you are playing the game when the clocks change will not cause time travelling.

As you are offline when it happens and GI has factored daylight saving into servers.
