I've noticed that building is suppose to be a direct purchase from the commercial store but is not available on my game. Is this because I use a kindle fire and it's not available if you play the game on certain Android devices? There are quite a few other buildings as well like the coffee bar, research lab, and grand hotel for example.

@Chuckert, I can't answer that with 100% certainty because I've never played with either android or kindle, I've only played IOS & the Facebook version, from what I can see there is a
Irish pub
Aviation Museum
Mega mall
Different History Museum
That have not been added to the iOS platform

Thanks for the response. My wife plays from her iPad through FB and she has the same problem with certain buildings she can't purchase. Frustrating that we can't be neighbors as well.
