AC game doesn't start after IOS 9 Upgrade

From friends on the dutch FB fanpage I heard this morning that after installing IOS 9 the game does not start up anymore on Iphones. On Ipad there seems to be no problem.
Anyone else have experience with this?
I have not done the upgrade right now, it will take a few hours before I'm on Wifi. But if AC is not working on Iphone IOS 9 I'm not going to upgrade my device.

Upgraded to iOS 9 on my iPad 3 and no problem with AC so far.
By the way, it's always a good idea to do an iCloud backup before you upgrade to a new iOS. Just in case.

Same here, works fine on iPad Air. Only at the beginning of the game it is a bit slow, but works fine after i got Welcome message in the game. Before the greeting was instant, when i came to the game, now it takes about 10-15 second that i see the message. But game works fine in that time.

Updated my iPhone to iOS9 today. Airport City hard trouble opening the first time, but then I just force quit the app and tried again and it loaded just fine.

I did the upgrade to iOS9 on my Iphone 5 this morning: no problem at all to start and play AC after installing. Sorry for the false alarm!!

You are very Lucky, on my iPad2 i can't open the game anymore....
