The requirements to join are - complete at least 1 mission each week + minimum 8000 passengers.
If you are chosen it will be on a probationary basis to see how you perform.

One other thing to help you and your neighbours. On your signature page if you can put down next to your item how many you need it will help us not to send unwanted items e.g. wheelblock x2. As you receive items reduce the number until it is gone.
Also you need items for Control Tower (Level3) & Reverse Hangar (Level1). Which items do you require!!!!?
