anyone from USA with time traveler problems

I have been accused multiple times on multiple devices of time traveling. Each time now has been corrected. I do have tokens - but I do not know if they were taken away during the "discussion" with GI. Yes, I have spent real money on two of the games that I have, but not the others (and only when there were sales).
I'm curious - is there a reason that you tied this to just people in the USA? I know a lot of us from different parts of the world had our games completely banned (could only receive gifts, no sending, no Top 100, no Duke, etc).

My point is to know if somenoe else from USA is having this problem. I am curious to know about why it happened. Time zone problem?...traveling around the country?...
In my case it was just because I left the game open for two hours.when I went back to play It was block and I was accuse of time traveling...the blocking was just for two hours but my tokens were taken.

I live in europe (Netherlands) and I got the time travelling message when my game was open for a while (didn't move it)
It has nothing to do with the USA

I was asking to see if you thought it was some sort of USA vs. Russia fun - since GI was in Russia and it appears Road 404 still is.

Since they blocked my complete game, yes, and everytime I get some they are taken (again and again and again)

Today, I got the famous accusation for time traveler. I was just coming from Spain which has the same time, maybe it has something to do....
anyway, I was not able to collect passenger, so I restart and everything seem to work, my tokens were still there

but in my case, the punishement in the past was always to block the top100 participation. I send a couple plane and no progress.
Once more I have been accused, judged and punished without reason.

I've been able to keep my tokens as well. Of course, my argument is if I was really time traveling, I wouldn't be so far behind!!

My two cents here, in South Africa the two main cities Johannesburg( where I live) and Cape Town where I go on Holiday are on the same time, GMT +2, however on my iPad they change when I travel and I think GI picks up the change and automatically "time Traveller Cheat" notification and you get blocked, my solution to lock my iPad on JHB time and leave it there. iPhone I don't play on and this can change time when it needs to.

I visit the top 100 and my token are still there.
I will wait for duke to check what happen. but in my case, everytime I got the verdict, the sentence was always the top 100 banishment. It happens 3 time so far.

Once more, I went to france ( within the same time zone). My game was working, the network operator changed and then when I tried to collect money/passengers, I got the time traveller sentence...
I had to restart the game and it ent back to normal. I haven't noticed any new banishments. ( I am already banished from the top 100)

My question is this, has anyone tried this?

You ignore the warning.
You restore your game from the previous days backup and all looks good (except you lost a day of progress).
Does G! know? Do they follow up or is all okay?
Any "game insight" (so to speak) is welcome.

I'm wondering whether tokens, when they are taken away from players, go missing from your token inventory or from your whole game (I.e. item sets inventory as well)?

How does time traveling work? I am an airline pilot and often play Airport City while on layovers in different countries around the word. I play on FB so I don't know if there is any way to manipulate the "game clock" I would hate to lose my tokens and privledges while honestly just playing the game while traveling for work.
