Other neighbour buildings besides Training Centres and Astronaut Academies are just not worthed (in my opinion, of course)...

Another way is doing space launches. They give nice exp and coins...

And eventually it goes up to 100000 exp for the last levels... :p

You didn't say what level you are at. At the lower levels and before you get the red rocket, it is very slow to get coins. Land guest planes - they do bring in a few coins but the gravy is when you complete a collection and get the extra coins and sometimes buildings. Get the red rocket as soon as you can - and use golden dice before visiting neighbors that increases the amount of loot you get. If at a lower level visit training centers to get blue and green launch items and if you have a red rocket, visit planetariums. Not only do you get launch chests for fuel, you also get coins when you get a blue launch chest. Right now, I get 150,000 - 250,000 coins a day and I remember back when getting 5,000 - 10,000 coins was huge. Expand land as much as you can and get buildings that will produce the most for you. If you are always on AC then get buildings that produce often and collect them often. If you have a real life and only play a few times or less a day, buy the buildings that produce more coins at less frequency. What works best for you is how you play. Use buildings that produce the most and use as little of your city population as possible so you can have more buildings. Utilize all of your space in your city at first even if everything is crowded and not pretty - as you gain coins and land, then you can pretty things up. For awhile I utilized every inch possible and my city and airport was crowded and not pretty although now I have expanded and getting lots of coins, I have spread it out and made it look like a real city and real airport.

Land LOTS of guest planes - not only will you complete collections and earn coins and buildings you will also gain plenty of repair items. It is slow at first although now I usually launch a red rocket at least once a day (sometimes people join with QL so I get more launches in) and I easily bring in 100,000 coins even if I only play a couple of times a day. Have patience and plan our strategy and pretty soon you will be raking in coins too :)

I think that at level 31 you can build launch pad and upgrade mission control level 3. Also please note that when subquest appear at that level, you need to complete it in order to MC3 item become visible in your gift list. You need 700000 coins for full upgrade to have operable red launch ( 200k for launch pad, 400k for MC3 and 100k for runway level 5). To obtain them as fast as you can, visit planetariums as those collection gives you most coins when completed.

Thanks for correcting me. Friday. Its Week end code. I am aware of the weekend codes which i check on Facebook/Twitter. But i cant get Dollars or coins for Windows Phone Game using these codes...which is why i was enquiring if there is any other way or is it simply not available for Windows Phone?

Those codes always worked for me on every platform. If you're sure you're entering them right, then file a bug report.

Also by the time you can build fully operational red launch you will gather some nice fuel stash for red launches - use them wisely - there are lot of people here who will help you to get maximum out of your space fuel stash.
