the game is governed GI which is located in Russia which UTC + 3:00.

They are 4 hours ahead of you.

Friend code and gift cycle resets 24 hours after use. This cycle could start any time depending on when you start gift.

If you do it at the same time every day it does change but if you miss one day and start later, the time will start later.

If you want to reset your cycle time skip a day gifting or using the friend code and then you can pick your own start time.

The weekly cycle will end at 3:00 am Monday morning for you.

BTW only managed to get some gifts out today. If anyone saw my post in another forum, I've been dealing with Microsoft, not certifiable techies, in my book (hmmm must be related to some others I know) ; for the last 5 days.
Microsoft is changing OS and eliminating things from the app store forcing players to upgrade to 10.
Only I cannot get AC to function on the latest build of 10 and when Microsoft rolled it back to original version, AC still crashed.
So now on 8.1 and hoping Microsoft doesnt eliminate AC from it. I don't have money to start all over, buy a new device to conform; and most certainly will not Facebook play AC as it too now is experiencing glitches. Planes that land but a user cannot see.
If this continues to keep going down into the rabbit hole, this rabbit or Duck is flying away.
