The Operative Hangar is where you buy, sell, Paint, store, repair and send your planes on flights.

You can view and buy new planes in the Plane Shop in the Operative Hangar
You can Paint planes on the Stands with Liveries that can be purchased or earned
You can move planes between the Stands and the Reserve Hangar
You can follow the repairs of your broken planes here

All upgrades are instantaneous.
