Android Wrong recovery

Omg i am so amazed i contact airport city for recovery of my lvl 20 account and look what they gave me

"Lvl 19" I add friended my account that needs recovery using the friend code and look at the difference,
It was suppose to be the top image

atleast for the most thats what i found out wrong

Beyond the terminal level, I don't see any difference. Depending on how recent the terminal upgrade was complete, they may not have it on the server.

Just send a message to support (with pics) letting them know and they will probably send the assets to upgrade your terminal

It sometimes takes a few days for G! to respond. They're really busy, especially with the war in Russia.

I sympathize with you. However, this forum is not associated with the company that owns the game. We have no power to fix anything or even to get support to respond faster.

Ik but what should i tell them to how to fix it

fill in relevant information and send it;
2. Send it to the game technical support by e-mail (a brief description of the problems you encountered in the game, the game ID, your alliance and screenshots of related problems)
