1) we all play like a team
2) we send gifts to each other, and we help each other out
3) no one may push another player to fly more pax than they would like
4) if the majority of the players want to do tasks, everyone needs to do his/her part of the tasks
5) loyalty is important, as everyone counts on the other ones
