Someone has verified if all that we have reached the level 40 we have problems sending gifts, adding neighbors ...? I started having them when I achieved the level 40.

yeah seems since the update and reaching lvl 40 ive been having issues sending/receiving gifts

This is a possible source of the glitch.
tdv, is your gifting account not yet Level 40?
Bali2 is definitely still level 35 and from the feedback I read on the forum, the gifts has mostly received.

Sweet! Made it to level 40 and finally got my first alien legacy! But hardly any gifts and the stuff I'm getting is mostly not what I need.

Sent out 20 gifts anyways!

You will need 4 Flight Helmet, 4 Flight Goggles, 4 Dispatcher Consoles, 4 Radar for Control tower Level 6.
