Red launch problem?

I started red launches on my support account. After building MCC3 and Red Pad I joined a launch which ended, but now it says that I cannot land because I don´t have required runway? Isn´t that strange? I suppose it should be requirement when building Red Pad?

That's not a red launch problem it is a common problem. You should always make sure you have the required level of runway before you launch a red shuttle. it's something your alliance should have told you about.

I am flying with red long time, but this was first time with support. I guess my main had that runway before pad. But still, I find it strange.
