Are you talking about alliances? Up to you. More and more people are starting alliances and growing them by themselves to get to a higher level more quickly. It's way easier to complete 100% if there is just one of you and nobody to organize. And you won't hit the top 100 until you are at least level 6-7 which will takes months to get there with 100% task completion
