Making this thread so we can keep track of all of the Item information.

For Template, looks like we will need categories for; Item Name, Required for Flights, Drops from Flights, Drops from Friends' Buildings, Gifts from Neighbors

I have created a Google Sheet specifically for items if anyone feels like adding to it. I just started inputting 'Flight Item' data so it will only have to be copy/pasted when time comes. We can always merge all of the sheets to one if that is easier to keep track of. I did a little test run yesterday by adding Aircraft Repair Items - https://www.airportcitygame.com/wiki/aircraft_repair_items/
It seemed to all work well with that template. I tried to keep it as basic as possible, but with sections which could cover different ways of obtaining items.

See what you think and whether for items additional areas do need to be added etc.

Going forward, I was trying to look at the best way of getting items and the information about them. A potential way could be woking though the collections tab on the game. Clicking an item in the collection will give us a nice image to cut, all the details of where it drops from and any chests you can purchase it from.

Where it's a case of having:

Sources
- Flights
- Buildings
- Neighbour Buildings
- Chest
- Other

What are we calling items? It should be things you need to do another action ie to repair a plane or fly a plane. Boots isnt a good example as you only need it to make a collection. Id work backwards and start with the various collections chests and list the items they give you. Thats what needs to be covered.

This one. But start with repair items etc. This could be way way too big. I’d do repair, weather and flight items. Leave the rest.

Makes sense to get all the main important ones out the way.
The example you gave above, it would then be easy enough to go into the collections and click on the items to see all the details of how the item can be obtained. That makes life a lot easier.
Items required for flight can click on the icon in the destinations tab of the game to get the details.
Aircraft Repair Items should all be pretty populated with information direct from the game.

If you start putting collectables it will never end and the whole document will be a massive hyperlink! Have to make the difference between collectibles for collections which drop from flights and items that you need to be able to do something other than complete a collection. If you get what I mean!

I think that template should fine. Once I get to actually start adding them will check and see if anything else is needed

“Not only. I think, all that lays in the warehouse . That includes fans (from this event) but not umbrellas. And excavation maps. And building items.
In terms of categories I can think of: flights items, repair items, weather items, heli items, building items, event items. Am I forgetting anything?”

Should we put collections chests here under item sets? (Old wiki). Or somewhere different? We need a lot of categories to make it more user friendly.Then we can include here:

I agree with the 1st one also.

I was thinking for general items since there are going to be soo many of them listed instead of listing them all on one A-Z table we could break it up into separate pages like A-H,I-M so navigation will be a little easier to search through.
