I remember this in Facebook there was a wish list you add the item you need and neighbors can send it but I am not sure if still working.

For collection items ?
could be really nice to get rid of plenty items in exchange of rarest ones (as for one given collection, everybody has a different rarest items).
Never see a way to share/gift/exchange collection items on android or windows, for my side...

That's one of the biggest complaints I've seen from facebook players who have migrated to mobile - they can no longer exchange collection items.
