How To Collect Different Destination Type Flight Maps During Active Game Play
I have written this user guide to give you a brief overview of the different types of destination flight maps available, and an insight into how to collect them, during game play.

This user guide is intended for those of you who have been playing your game for a period of time, and have reached a good level of game play, and are planning on undertaking map flights. If you are new to the members forum, and have only just started playing your game, this guide will still be useful to read through. It will give you a valuable insight into the various types of destination flight maps that will become available, later on in your game.

These maps will become available as you progress through your game, and will be based on your game level status, your star skills level status and the types of buildings you will need, on the city side and airport side of your game, to unlock these maps. Your fleet of planes and your game resources e.g. fuel, passengers and flight items will also come into play. As will your ability to replenish your resources when they are depleted.

In this user guide you will find the following three main headings, Maps Collected Through Alliance Group Flights, Maps Collected Through Space Program Flights and Maps Purchased Through The Airship Store.

Maps Collected Through Alliance Group Flights

These types of maps, also known as purple maps, can only be collected by being part of an alliance group. The maps will form part of the two reward chests, which groups will receive, for finishing in the top 100 alliance group table.

The alliance table placement will determine the number of maps, and other rewards, alliance groups will receive. The higher up the table alliance groups finish, the greater the rewards will be for the alliance groups and its members.

For further detailed information you will need to read through the following two user guides, The Alliance Map Flight Destinations and The Plane Types Required To Undertake Them and How To Create A Members Alliance Group and How To Join A Members Alliance Group. These two user guides will give you a far better understanding of alliance groups, and how it all connects together.

Maps Collected Through Space Program Flights
These types of maps can only be collected through space program flights. You will need to invest your resources to secure first place seat position, on one of the following three flights Apogee Mission (green launch flights), Prometheus Mission (blue launch lights) and Lunar Mission (red launch flights) to collect these types of maps.

Each of the three space flight vehicles, will have there own unique map, which will form part of the two rewards chests, for being in first place. The remainder of the seat positions, 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc. will have just one reward chest each.

For further detailed information you will need to read through the following two user guides, The Airport City Space Program - How To Undertake Green, Blue and Red Launch Flights and The Airport City Space Program - How To Effectively Deal With Hi-Jackers During Open Launch Flights. These two user guides will provide you with all the information you need to know about the space program.

Maps Purchased Through The Airship Store
These types of maps, known as adventure maps, can only be purchased through the airship store, which appears twice a week, on Monday's and Thursday's. The airship will remain on screen for 24 hours, during which time, you will be able to make your purchase.

To open the airship store menu you will need to select the round blue and red airship icon (located on the left hand side of your game screen). When selected, the menu will appear on your game screen. Along the top row of the menu, there will be five icons, Adventure (1st icon), Resources (2nd icon), Bonuses (3rd icon), Space (4th icon) and Chest Resources (5th icon).

You will need to select the Adventure (1st icon) to access all of the items for sale. There will be two types of items, single maps and map sets. The amount you will need to spend will depend on the following options, Excavation Map - this will cost you 2,000 coins to purchase one single map of your choice, Excavation Map Set - this will cost you 5 green notes to purchase a set containing 20 items required for flights and Excavation Map Set - this will cost you 12 green notes to purchase a set containing 3 random maps.

For further detailed information you will need to read through the following user guide, The Adventure Maps and The Plane Types Required To Undertake Flight Destinations which will tell you all you need to know.

Additional Information
This user guide, and many more user guides besides, are located in the Airport City Guides sub section, of the members forum. The user guides have been written to help players with their games, those who are relatively new to the game and those who are further along with their game. The user guides will provide all the information you need, to help you make a success of your game.
