I've now lost my neighbors again, this is the second time in a month, contacted GI support again

If you used your "local backup", that might be the problem.

There seems to be a new measure by GI preventing that. But I'm not 100% sure.

in july when it happened, GI had me delete the game, reinstall it, play to lv 3 give my new FC and old FC so they could restore it, also when they restored it, I deleted my windows AC back up folder, and re did windows back up files

But you said that GI has restored it.

Now it's happening again isn't it? What did you do different? Did you somehow restore using your local-backup? I'm just trying to figure out if the old way of restoring doesn't work anymore.

i didn't use back up, instead i contacted gi

Well still waiting on gi it's been almost a week
