iPadOS Game loading problem

My game seems to have developed a glitch. When starting, the runways and maintenance areas do not load (see attached pic). Game was working fine in the morning developed the problem tis afternoon (Jan5). Playing platform is an Ipad, and I have tried switching off/on.
Anyone else experienced or experiencing the same issue?

Yep, same on the iPhone. Not sure if it's just Apple related. On the chat, an update was mentioned. I didn't see the update, but when I started my game tonight, my runways, aircraft, and hangars were all missing. Very strange. I've sent a message to Tech Support, so hopefully they can get it resolved.

I have the same problem my flights are finished and I can't complete them

Yes, exactly the same thing has happened to me & I mentioned the mini update which I clicked on this morning-it was after that I lost runways & aircraft. Still able to run helicopters-for info I am also on iPad. Fingers crossed this gets sorted soon 🤞

Same exact issue for me on iOS. An hour ago it was fine, then i opened a few minutes ago, noticed a small, maybe 10MB update (fairly common to see that size of update) and…bugged. I also sent msg to Support with screenshot.

Mine was the same problem but now seems to be fixed but all my planes have disappeared!

Update.

Went back to game there was a 10mb download and got back full function. Downside, half my aircraft no longer exist, including the one that says ‘ready’ in the current flight bubble.

Hi! I had the same problem this morning. In the meantime there has been some fixing ( around 10mb upgrade ) but now I lost all my planes! 🤨

Found my planes in the Warehouse.

Thanks for the advice. Yes checked the warehouse, my stored ones were there. Lost 4 of the 8 I was using.

My mistake….I thought the reserve hanger was the warehouse for aircraft. Did find the actual warehouse of aircraft, and found more aircraft than I realised I had….so yes the missing ones were most likely there.

Is there a thread on sending aircraft to the warehouse? if I buy an aircraft and need to make room for others, is there a way to use the warehouse rather than buying reserve hanger space?

The aircraft warehouse (the one that is common for helicopters, flight items, buildings, etc) was used for retired aircrafts such as Santa Jet, or the planes which were given with livery applied before separate liveries were a thing, it is not possible to warehouse an aircraft to this place unless an technical issue such as today's
