This is the entrance for the building parking so not counted as different.
If the building removed then the park sign will be removed too.

I am with you @Husam. There are 11. Because, iff you count the trees, then you have to count also the parking sing indeed.
Iff we think off nature, a tree is not a building. A parking sighn also not, BUT, it's been build by humans. Is a dead item as a building.

Actually, the 11th is an extra lamppost near the airplane monument. It's very easy to miss, but look above the yellow newspaper box in the parking lot. There is a line on the monument in the right photo, but none on the left. That's the post.

Not really, because that piece of sidewalk between the drive in and flight school can never exist on either picture. that piece of sidewalk is fake. On both pictures.
